What is the Shipping Philosophy of Zaavio®?
We promise our patrons one of the best experiences of online shopping that is hassle free and reliable. We take care of all parameters that ensure your delivery reaches you in a sound state.
What is the delivery time period?
Orders within India are delivered within 4 - 10 working days, and International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and difficulty of reach.
Do you apply any shipping charges?
Within India, Zaavio® provides Free Shipping for all Prepaid orders. There will be a shipping charge on all COD orders. For shipping charges anywhere outside India please contact us on info@zaavio.com
How do I track my order?
A shipping confirmation SMS as well as Email will be sent when your purchased product has been shipped with the tracking details, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of ordering.
How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it?
We know how important your order is! Zaavio® provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
In case you still aren't able to find it please contact us on info@zaavio.com or the shipping company to provide a proof of delivery like a signature.
