3. Can I change or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is submitted, it is processed very quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to modify orders after they have been placed. Please double-check your items (especially color/variant for smartwatches or grooming tools) and shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you need to make changes, your best option is to cancel the order (if still possible) and place a new one with the correct details.
